Having joined the e-Nxt Family in 2008 as an HR Executive, I got the opportunity to learn about HR  in a very short span of time. The values and opportunity for growth pushed me to perform higher responsibility which brought me to my current designation of Assistant Manager. I thank all my colleagues and supervisors for their phenomenal support and am proud be a  part of the e-Nxt Family

5 long years of tenure in e-Nxt, brought about an immense change in my personality. e-Nxt was the place where I could display my skill sets and abilities to the fullest and perform for greater achievements.

It’s been an exploring curve for me at e-Nxt financials, from managing Learning & Development, Dealer Audits, Transition, Billing and finally back in Operations, the last three and a half years have all been learning. I firmly believe my learning and experiences at e-Nxt will help me pursue and contribute to a larger cause.

My  journey in e-Nxt began 4 years ago in 2007 .This wonderful  journey has enriched my knowledge, my interpersonal skill and to an extent leadership skills in my career. To achieve this my seniors guidance has  been of immense help and co-operation from my Juniors have been always encouraging.

Joined e-Nxt  way back in 2007 as back office coordinator. The organization gave me ample opportunities to showcase my talent and skill sets to provide greater and better outputs. I feel proud to say that I stood by the trust the company showed on me and always delivered as per expectation. I always believe that it is every performer's dream to get his performance acknowledged by his company  which e-Nxt has done time and again.

e-Nxt has given me a platform to grow from a Sr CSA to Asst Manager in the last 5yrs. I can proudly say that the organization has helped me grow personally and professionally. The humbling and overwhelming experience, our culture, customer and employee centricity is our strength & truly the core reason for me going from Good to Great.

I am working with e-nxt more than 2 Years. It is a great & learning experience working in e-nxt with different people.... & still going on. I am very thankful to all my seniors & colleagues for their help, support & encouragement.

My career path started in IT team of e-Nxt. My company taught me many things, some that I cherish the most are personal mastery, team learning, shared vision and system thinking. I am happy to be part of a great team with a good leader and my other colleagues of e-Nxt.

It has been a good learning experience over the past 4 years in this organization, having started as a team member got to understand the meaning of team spirit in true sense which was helpful when I was given the responsibility to lead a team.

The best part of working in e-Nxt is that individuals are given opportunity to bring in ideas in work, which is then evaluated by seniors for implementation. The technical & personal development skills which I learned in e-Nxt has converted me into an optimistic person. 

After joining e-Nxt in 2007, I was entrusted an assignment of “Fraud Investigations”, which was new and challenging. Over the years I mastered the skill sets and now can handle investigations independently. I have realized that e-Nxt is the company who recognizes talent and gives all those sincere and hardworking employees an opportunity to show case themselves. “Proud to be an e-Nxtian”

I consider myself to be the luckiest person for joining e-Nxt, as this company gave me a steady platform to grow. The rich & rewarding experience I carry in the finance vertical is brought about by e-Nxt which no other company would provide. Professionally  I have learnt team building & knowledge sharing and on the personal aspect, I have learnt to be confident. I owe a lot to e-Nxt for making  the series of contribution in my career.
