Business Process Management
e-Nxt has developed an impressive capability in terms of providing end-to-end data
services solutions across the industry sectors. Specifically for the Financial Services
space, e-Nxt provides data solutions across the value chain right from basic level
data entry (e.g. Account Opening) to the higher skilled tasks like Credit Application
Processing, back-end branch operations leading to contract booking, PDC vaulting
and banking solutions, Accounts payable & receivable processes, Reconciliation processes,
Process Studies and documentation support, Audit & MIS support. Apart from the above,
e-Nxt also brings in the capability to support HR Operations – through its
Hire-to-Retire data services & its in-house developed IT platform for the back-end

The data services offerings of e-Nxt operate both on a centralized as well as a
de-centralized model, where we would work along with the client to create a customized
solution for each process including creating shop-in-shop frameworks, if required.
The IT framework, including our capture & workflow solutions allows us to leverage
either on the custom made platforms built by e-nxt for the client or to adopt the
existing ERP/Banking platforms already invested in by the client. The pricing model
is evolved and flexible where soon after establishing the baselines in terms of
deliverables, the client has the choice of moving to a mature transaction based
model giving the client variability in pricing as well as scalability.
